Role summary(Description of the job & Key Result Area)
Responsible for achieving Budgeted Gross Margin Target for the financial year 2009-10.
Responsible for achieving Budgeted Sales Revenue Target for the financial year 2009-10.
Responsible for customer credit management and on time payment collection.
Full P&L responsibility of TVS Uneeco operations.
Accountability (with respect to the revenue, ops etc.)
Large Account Management - Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and senior management of key accounts. Take lead in customer discussions to advance the sales process. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction & retention.
Ensure 100% achievement of all team members in their KRA's for the year.
Analyze market trends, pricing & competitor’s strategies and develop effective sales promotional strategies by giving relevant inputs to Management regularly. Take all necessary actions to increase visibility & establish presence of TVS Uneeco in the GCC market.
There has to be a full adherence to the process & guidelines set out by the management for this position. Ensure this is complied by the team.
Techncial and functional competencies required:
Should have good understanding of Networking & Communication technologies; Should have good market knowledge & customer contacts in the region
Behavioural attributes required:
Clear & good communication & presentation skills; Assertive personality;
Should be working with a Leading SI preferably in Qatar/Bahrain for at least past 3 years
Should not have changed his job more than 2 times in the last 5 years
