| Technical Delivery
1. Requirement analysis, design and delivery of complex applications using IBM technologies and J2EE framework 2. Ensuring the quality of development by effective code reviews, utilization of development utilities etc. 3. Drives the application stabilization, pilot, parallel, production tracks, cut over to real time systems, and subsequent support 4. Ensure applications are compliant as per company policies 5. Manage various vendor resources on project basis
Project Management
1. Development and tracking of integrated project plans and adapting and applying the delivery approach to meet project objectives and client business drivers. 2. Maintaining project communications. Identify and manage project issues and ensure project quality and performance standards 3. Assesses and capture risk over the project lifecycle. Readily escalates project and account level issues. 4. Part of the team that Manage, monitor and control , project plans and project risks and issues. 5. Presentation, negotiation & communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
Client Management
1. Responsible for ongoing client satisfaction 2. Manages peer-level client relationships (expectations, communications, negotiations, escalation, feedback, etc.) 3. Develops relationships with key client stakeholders and client executives. |
| 6-8 years of progressive experience in technical design and development in J2EE technologies Managed the delivery for more than ten member team. Should have managed at least 3 complex big end to end projects Proven track record with planning, estimating, staffing, organizing and controlling complex, cross-functional projects according to plan. Capable of performing a broad range of project assignments. Proven track record on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction on challenging projects. Demonstrated ability to manage scope/quality, cost, and schedule of a project effectively. |
